Direct Support Staff:
Direct Support Staff are responsible for the direct care of the individuals with disabilities residing in their assigned homes. Provides person-centered support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and community. Non-Exempt position: Starting at $16.95 hourly, part-time
Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid GA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, a clean MVR record, and pass a physical, drug, TB, and 50 lb. lift test.
COMMUNITY INSTRUCTORS
The Arc Macon, Inc. is looking for motivated, energetic and creative staff who will provide services and coordinate activities in the community to individuals receiving support in their homes to gain additional skills and live as independently as possible. by discovering meaningful ways for the participant to contribute to the community through volunteering and recreational activities. Non-Exempt position: Starting at $17.20 hourly, part-time
Required: 6 months experience with individuals with Developmental Disabilities (personal or professional experience is accepted), High school diploma or GED, and a minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid GA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, a clean MVR record, and pass a physical, drug, TB, and 50 lb. lift test.
Residential Case Manager
The Residential Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and non-clinical services for individuals in the residential program. The Case Manager will ensure overall satisfaction of services for individuals and families, as well as positive collaboration with supporting agencies. Exempt Position: Starting at: $39,000 Annually, Full Time
Preferred Qualifications: 4-year degree, associate’s degree with 3 years of experience, or 3+ years of professional experience in the field. Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid GA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, a clean MVR record, and pass a physical, drug, TB, and 50 lb. lift test.
Account Manager:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all the financial operations of the individuals supported by our agency. The Account Manager works closely with the Finance Director to complete assigned administrative functions. Your major responsibility is to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with state and federal regulations. You will work closely with other departments to ensure financial goals are met and the individual(s) are financially stable. Exempt Position: Starting at: $40,000 Annually, Full Time
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in office management, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficient in bank reconciliations, accrual-based accounting principles, and Microsoft Excel. Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid GA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, a clean MVR record, and pass a physical, drug, TB, and 50 lb. lift test.
Nutritionist:
The Nutritionist is responsible for the overseeing the Nutritional and Wellbeing Program and training Residential Supervisors, Staff and individuals in providing personalized nutrition education, conducting hand-on cooking classes, creating easy-to-follow meal plans, monitoring individuals health metrics to ensure progress in managing chronic health conditions, guidance with food inventory and grocery shopping preparation and monitoring individuals health metrics to ensure progress in managing chronic health conditions. The Nutritionist upholds the Mission and Philosophy of The Arc Macon, Inc. and ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA. Non-Exempt Position: Starting at $32.00 hourly, part-time 12+ hours a week
