What are my parking options for getting to and from the event?
You could use a ride share company, like UBER or Lyft if you don’t want to drive. If you prefer to drive- there is parking available along the street, behind the terminal station, as well as at Capital City Bank (just be sure you don’t block the drive-thru ATM). Note, the rear entrance to the Terminal Station will not be open for security purposes, so feel free to drop off your items before parking.

What should I wear?
Our event is a fun dance party, so many attendees wear something that will allow them to sparkle and shine on the dance floor all night long! Ladies typically wear sequined dresses or sparkly tops with a skirt (or slacks) and the guys wear suit or a blazer with a button down and slacks or jeans.

What can I bring into the event?
This is a BYOB party, so feel free to bring as little or as much food and drinks as you want to! Many past attendees found it helpful to bring a cooler with drinks and finger foods. Be sure to bring your cell phone to participate in the silent auction. Also, don’t forget to bring your dance shoes!

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?
No, you do not need to bring your ticket. However, check-in will go faster if you have your ticket (either printed or on your mobile device) or know the name of the ticket purchaser, but we will have a master list of all tickets. Just be sure to note the name of the ticket purchaser.

What is included with my ticket?
Individual tickets and tickets for tables of 8 include table seating, access to the dance party featuring The Grapevine Band, along with access to the silent auction featuring some awesome trips and items from local vendors (no table seating is provided with general admission tickets). Drink setups are provided (cups, ice, soda mixers, and bottled water).
